We draw a big part of the wire we consume to make nails in our factory in Cieladz, using modern Italian drawing lines. As we draw our own wire, we are well oriented in the steel specifications that work best for our nails. We use wire rod with different grades, depending on the specifications of the finished nails and the requirement of the customer. Most common grades we draw are steel C1008, C1012 and C1018. We focus strongly on the tensile strength.
Hot dipping line
In 2014 our state of the art hot dip galvanising line for small parts, in our case nails, started operations. This line is one of the most modern and environment friendly in use today, fully equipped with a pre-treatment line to degrease and picle the nails before hot dipping them. With a high quality of hot dipping and a well controlled process, we can offer our hot dipped nails in all our collation types. We guarantee a 70 micron coating, but usually exceed this, which gives our hot dipped nails a very long anti-corrosion protection. Our nails are truly hot dipped.
We produce all our nails in our factory in Cieladz, using the most modern nail headers. We tread our nails on the modern treading machines. For the collation we offer wire coil both in small and in jumbo/Hi-load coils, plastic strip, paper tape and plastic sheet. We also produce loose machine quality nails.
