By using the www.herco.com.pl website (hereinafter referred to as the ‘website’), you agree to the following Privacy Policy.
Before each use of the www.herco.com.pl website, you should read the current Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, please do not use the www.herco.com.pl website.

We pay maximum attention to protecting the confidentiality of information concerning the users of the website. Most of the website tabs can be visited without providing any personal data. However, you may be asked to provide some of your personal information during your use of the website. Data entrusted by users is processed for various purposes:

Rules for the collection of personal data
By entrusting us with your personal data, you have the right to inspect it, the right to request its updating and the right to request their erasure. You can also request us to delete your data from our website.

  5. The recipient of personal data is HERCO Sp. z o.o. or other entities entrusted by the controller with the processing of personal data.
  6. The controller will not transfer the personal data to a third country or to an international organisation.
  7. You have the right to demand from the controller access to your personal data, its rectification, erasure or limitation of processing, as well as to demand the transfer of data, which will be carried out on the principles specified in Chapter III of GDPR.
  8. You also have the right to object to the processing, which objection can be filed according to the principles set out in Art. 21 of GDPR.
  9. During the processing of personal data, no automatic decisions concerning you will be made and no profiles will be created, which means that no actions referred to in Art. 22(1) and (4) of GDPR will be taken.
  10. If you find that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of GDPR, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  11. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to achieve the purpose presented from time to time and without its provision it is not possible to achieve it.

3. Identification of visitors to the website

We use cookies on our website at www.herco.com.pl. Thanks to them, each time a user visits our website, we learn how to make our website more functional and better adapted to the needs of users.
